Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Craig Davitian moved to Georgetown in 1991 to launch a successful career in law beginning with judicial clerkships at DC Superior Court and DC Court of Appeals and later in private practice specializing in business & real estate litigation.
In 2000, Craig chose to combine his lifelong interest and passion in real estate with his expertise in real estate law and over the past twenty-plus years he has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in DC, MD, and VA with many career highpoints. Among them, given his unique background, he was selected to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in their purchase of three Chain Bridge estates, including Merrywood for $43,000,000 which at the time was the most expensive residential transaction in the DC Metropolitan Region. Craig has also specialized in many high end condominium transactions at 3303 Water Street, the Georgetown Ritz and 22 West.
A long-time and dedicated Georgetown resident, Craig has served two terms on the Georgetown ANC and several terms on the Board of the Citizens Association of Georgetown (CAG), including one term as CAG’s Vice-President.
Craig is a devoted father to his wonderful daughter, Holden, and when he isn’t working, he can be seen in and around Georgetown with Sabine, his 2 year old Barbet (a French Waterdog).

After graduating from Wake Forest with an M.B.A., Anne moved to Washington to work at the World Bank. She subsequently worked as a consultant at a variety of institutions, such as the OAS, National Consumer Cooperative Bank, several federal agencies and Community Energy Ventures.
After taking off some time to start a family, Anne redirected her career to real estate in 1986. Within a couple of years she had more business than she could handle so she persuaded her sisters, Heidi Hatfield and Andrea Hatfield, to join her in real estate as the "Hatfield Team." In 2001, all three joined Washington Fine Properties.
