Soaring 10’ ceilings with 7” wide knotless White Italian Oak flooring redefine modern urban luxury. Each home is custom designed to offer open layouts and timeless interiors bathed in light.
Residences boast multi-zoned central air, wireless LED lighting, motorized window shades by Lutron, and in-unit gas fireplaces, as well as a dedicated storage room in the basement.

Experience outdoor tranquility in the heart of bustling Georgetown. The first-floor residence features its own terrace and garden; the penthouse has a private roof deck; the other apartments have central garden rooms that can be fully opened to the outdoors.
The Elliott features a small community terrace with outdoor seating, available for use by all residences.

Spacious baths are custom designed by Snaidero using neutral tones and top-tier materials, and include primary bedroom steam showers, custom vanities and heated flooring.
